Build a photography brief around the subjects, visual direction, intended use and final image requirements. Share your references and project timeline with the studio to discuss scope and availability.
Planning your project
- Share your subject, intended use, and visual references.
- Confirm location, shot list, timing, and final selects in the quote.
- Agree on retouching, delivery format, and usage rights before production.
Minnesota, nationwide and worldwide
Working from Minnesota, NEEDZFEEDZ welcomes project inquiries from all 50 U.S. states and worldwide. Location, travel, remote collaboration and availability are confirmed for each project.
What should I include in a photography brief?
Describe the people or products being photographed, the intended use, location, preferred dates, number of final images and visual references. Include your budget range so the studio can scope the project.
How are edits and image rights agreed?
Confirm image selection, retouching, delivery formats, revisions and usage rights in the written quote before the shoot. Tell the studio if the images will be used in paid advertising.
